Used Car Buyer Checklist: Code 853
Code 853 provides a noticeable acoustic upgrade over the standard factory audio, featuring a center dashboard speaker, upgraded door drivers, and a dedicated boot subwoofer. However, it lacks Burmester acoustic tuning, proprietary DSP surround profiles, and metallic door grilles. It is frequently misadvertised by sellers as 'Burmester'.
