1. Service Description
FindMyExtras provides vehicle decoding services. Data is provided "as is" based on factory records, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of third-party data, without prejudice to any rights the law grants you as a consumer.
2. Limitations of Liability
We are not affiliated with Mercedes-Benz Group. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on the decoded data provided by our service.
3. Refunds Policy
The service is digital and is provided immediately. Once a VIN has been successfully decoded, we do not issue refunds, without prejudice to any rights the law grants you as a consumer. In a pack, the sale is final only for credits already used. If there is no factory data for your VIN, you automatically receive a credit for another VIN. If you prefer, we give you a full refund on request, processed within 2 business days. With a pack, a decode that fails returns the credit to your pack automatically.
